Dr. Austin Jang was born in North Carolina and moved to Korea at a young age. He completed his undergraduate degree at Syracuse University and pursued his dental training at the State University of New York Stony Brook in Long Island. Upon graduation of dental school he completed a one year general practice residency at Lutheran Medical Center Brooklyn Heights Campus. Dr. Austin then worked in private practice before deciding to serve his country and join the U.S. Army as a dentist. He was stationed in South Korea for three years and finished his Army career in El Paso, Texas at the rank of Captain. Through his experiences, Dr. Austin developed a passion for Endodontics. Dr. Austin graduated from Einstein Medical Center with a certificate in Endodontics and is currently Board Eligible. In addition to private practice, Dr. Austin plans to be an adjunct professor at Einstein Medical Center. He is currently a member of American Associate of Endodontics. During Dr. Austin’s free time he enjoys spending time with his family, friends and two dogs.
